Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to logistics standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Physical ability to perform regular lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- A proactive approach to safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
