You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, stocking, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong commitment to operational excellence and adherence to Safety standards are expected. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with manual labor, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. We emphasize a culture of safety, providing all necessary PPE and comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Proficiency in manual tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and proper use of PPE .
- Understanding of general Logistics operations.
