We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, supporting a wide range of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities will include picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse upkeep. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Join us and be a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. We prioritize safety and provide all necessary PPE and training.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
