You will perform a range of duties including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound shipments accurately.
- Verify received goods against shipping manifests.
- Put away inventory into correct warehouse locations, ensuring organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Stage outbound shipments for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely (training available).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear mandated PPE.
- Contribute to overall team success and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety in a logistics environment.
