We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, responsible for the efficient movement of products through our distribution center. Your duties will encompass a broad range of warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and loading. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against shipping documents.
- Unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Accurately put away received goods into designated storage areas.
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring all items are included and protected.
- Stage orders for outbound transportation, verifying counts and destinations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment within the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
