Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Miami, Florida! We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to fulfill customer orders efficiently, supporting our overall logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse stock.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and prepare goods for shipment according to company standards.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock rotation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.
- Understand and contribute to efficient logistics operations.
- Support team members in achieving daily goals.
- Must be able to engage in regular lifting and physical tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and logistics concepts.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
