Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves.
- Pack merchandise using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain tidiness and organization within the picking and packing zones.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Operate manual and powered equipment with proper certification and training.
- Work effectively with colleagues to meet production goals.
