Your Responsibilities Include: Conducting thorough inspections of homes, from attic to crawl space Building trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending optimal treatment options Closing sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services Managing appointments and documentation using a company-issued iPad Working independently to prioritize your schedule and maximize leads Representing Orkin with professionalism and integrity at all times What We Offer: Significant Earning Potential:
Average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base + commission) Uncapped Commission:

No previous pest control experience necessary - we will train you! Ideal Candidates Will: Enjoy meeting new clients and helping them solve problems Be confident, competitive, and driven by goals Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Be comfortable climbing, crawling, and adapting to various weather conditions Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight limits Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
