We move fast, with precision, and always execute with privacy at the forefront.We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the Direct Revenue and Subscription team at Snap!What you’ll do:* Lead client engineers for the Revenue+ team that delivers new user facing products for our subscribers* Prioritize and deliver high-impact user-facing features with collaboration with Revenue+ backend team, and other features team in Snap while balancing rapid execution with technical excellence and scalability* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, DS, QE, and partner engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment, product velocity, and high-quality delivery* Work closely with engineers on career and personal developmentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Proven ability to lead medium to large size, high-performing engineering teams and deliver impactful, user-facing features in fast-paced environments* Deep expertise in mobile development, natively or using cross-platform technologies* Strong architectural and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive system design, prioritize effectively, and balance product velocity with engineering qualityMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field* 8+ years of professional software development experience* 2+ years of engineering management experience leading teams in shipping user-facing features* Experience in collaborating closely with Product and Data Science throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from spec definition to delivery and iterationPreferred Qualifications:* Deep understanding of iOS and client mobile development* Subscription or direct revenue experience is a plus* Proven track record of launching industry-leading features or technologies at scaleIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some ."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.:The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.:The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.:The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
