Position Details:
Full Time: 40 hours Monday through Friday
Hybrid Schedule- 3 days in office Downers Grove, IL

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead key initiatives in data strategy, analytics infrastructure, and dashboard modernization as part of our Technology Modernization Program.
This role owns the design and execution of scalable data systems that drive enterprise decision-making regarding Value-Based Care. We're looking for a strategic operator who can architect modern platforms, lead a high-performing team, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Execution
Lead initiatives within Duly’s multi-year Technology Modernization Program
Define and drive the strategy for enterprise data delivery and reporting
Translate business goals—especially in Value-Based Care (VBC)—into clear, actionable IT roadmaps
Balance hands-on execution with focused time on team leadership and stakeholder alignment (~1–1.5 hrs/day each)
Enterprise Data & Analytics Solutions
Design and implement modern enterprise-wide data solutions, including:
Operational Data Stores (ODS)
Data Lakes and Warehouses
ETL platforms and integration services
Power BI and other reporting tools
Advanced analytics (AI, ML, NLP, predictive modeling)
Analytic Process Automation (APA)
Lead dashboard modernization efforts to deliver prescriptive, action-oriented insights
Automate decisioning processes and reduce cognitive load for business users
Manage a blended team of internal analysts/developers and external consulting partners
People & Process Development
Lead and mentor a high-performing team (4–5 direct reports) within the data analytics function
Foster a culture of performance, growth, and accountability
Build strong operational alignment across business, clinical, and executive teams
Architecture & Operations
Guide the evolution of our analytics architecture to support business strategy
Apply data governance and KPIs to drive consistency, automation, and results
Define and uphold clear standards for dashboard design and usability
Innovation & Industry Awareness
Stay current on healthcare analytics trends, BI tools, and emerging technologies
Identify capability gaps and implement scalable, future‑ready solutions
Champion data literacy and drive broader adoption across the organization
Customer‑Centered Thinking
Collaborate closely with business and VBC stakeholders to turn insights into outcomes
Integrate end‑user feedback and usage data to improve dashboard and platform effectiveness
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred
Experience with Value Based Care is a MUST
7–10+ years of IT leadership experience with a focus on enterprise analytics and data strategy
Deep familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and other modern reporting tools
Experience modernizing legacy data systems and transforming analytics into prescriptive dashboards
Strong understanding of value-based care principles, population health metrics, and healthcare cost‑control strategies
Skilled in managing analytics teams and cross‑functional business partnerships
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65-$203,792.37, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
