Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a
difference in the lives of children and adults? The Therapy Spot is
expanding our Speech Therapy program and currently seeking a passionate
and qualified SLP to join our innovative team at our Wylie location.
About Us:
Therapy Spot is committed to providing exceptional life changing pediatric
therapy services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and
physical therapy.
Position Overview:
As an SLP or a CFY at The Therapy Spot, you'll provide outpatient clinical speech
and language pathology services to children in clinic-based settings.
The primary setting is a pediatric outpatient clinic, with occasional
visits conducted at nearby ABA centers and daycares. You'll assess
individuals' communication and swallowing disorders, establish
personalized treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored to
their needs. Coordinate care with The Therapy Spot team.
This role requires adherence to local, state, and federal
regulations, as well as compliance with company policies and procedures.
As a SLPA at The Therapy Spot you'll provide outpatient clinical speech
and language pathology services to children in clinic-based settings.

visits conducted at nearby ABA centers and daycares. Deliver speech therapy tailored to
the needs of the individual client. Coordinate care with The Therapy Spot team.
This role requires adherence to local, state, and federal
regulations, as well as compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Degree appropriate for Licensure
Valid State of Texas License
CPR Certification
Knowledge and experience in Communication Disorders
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows
Proficient organizational and record-keeping skills
Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills
Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality
Energetic, Friendly and compassionate
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Primary Duties:
Provide screening, evaluation, and treatment to children with
various developmental delays, disabilities, and medical conditions.
Timely completion of required paperwork to document services provided.
Ability to provide services in multiple settings.
The ability to be excited about helping clients and celebrating their victories.
Ability to supervise SLPA and SLP-CFY is a plus
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: SLPA 55K-60K /CFY 65K-70K /SLP 70K-80K
