Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (9:30-6:30) Saturdays (7:30 - 5:00)

Join Our Team

We're a friendly and growing First Aid & Safety Training company, and we're looking for an organized, motivated Booking Coordinator to join our support team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, takes initiative, and feels confident managing their own workload in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience from their first phone call through to course completion.

About the Role

As our Booking Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll manage bookings, answer inquiries, and keep our systems running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for a self-starter who can confidently manage their time and priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with bookings and enquiries
  • Create and manage the next-day rosters
  • Confirm course enrolments
  • Monitor blended and online course progress
  • Follow up bookings marked as "Payment Required"
  • Update booking statuses and process payments
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries in the Info Box
  • Assist with online course sends
  • Perform regular course inventory checks
  • Support chat inquiries during busy periods

About You

  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with customers
  • Strong customer service or admin experience
  • Comfortable using booking systems and online platforms
  • Bonus: First Aid, CPR, or safety training experience (not essential)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
