Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal counsel, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, performing legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The Lawyer will work closely with clients to develop tailored legal strategies and uphold the firm's commitment to professionalism and quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Analysis, and Documentation
• Proven expertise in Negotiation, Case Preparation, and Lawsuit Management
• Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Contracts, Legal Opinions, and Agreements
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure
• Active membership in a Provincial Bar Association in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent qualification in Law
• Experience in both litigation and transactional law is advantageous
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality
