Snow Equipment Operators – Join Our Winter Crew
If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, this is the job for you Our Snow Removal Team plays a vital role in keeping our sites safe and accessible for customers throughout the winter season.
We're currently seeking an experienced and reliable Snow Equipment Operator to join our winter crew and help keep our lots clear and safe.
Schedule & Availability:
- This is a weather-dependent, call-in position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be available (Monday to Sunday).
- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Work safely and efficiently in varying winter conditions.
- Operate assigned snow equipment (pickup truck with plow and salter or L6060) with care.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a working cellphone for call-ins.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience operating a pickup truck with plow and salter or L6060
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean record.
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and attention to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work long hours during snow events.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- No minimum education required.
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to the shop (Kanata).
- Steel-toed boots required.

Contract Duration: November 15, 2025 – April 15, 2026
Dedicated and reliable team members may be offered a full-time landscape maintenance position following the winter season.
