Job Overview
Taj Promotions is a high-end creative agency based in the Lower Mainland specializing in cinematic videography, brand content, luxury events, and experiential marketing. We work with boutiques, restaurants, gyms, fashion brands, salons, realtors, and corporate clients across Vancouver.

We are hiring professional Business Development Representatives to help us expand our client base for:

  • Cinematic videography packages
  • Luxury Dinner Series sponsorships & table sales
  • Corporate branding packages
  • Boutique store content creation
  • Real estate and lifestyle media

This role is ideal for someone who is polished, reliable, confident speaking with business owners, and driven by commission-based performance.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to local businesses (in person, email, phone, DM).
  • Book qualified sales calls for our Creative Director.
  • Attend networking events and industry mixers (optional).
  • Present Taj Promotions content packages using our scripts.
  • Maintain a simple CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Represent the Taj Promotions brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior sales, customer service, or business development experience.
  • Clean criminal record (background check required before hiring).
  • Strong English communication skills (Punjabi optional but an asset).
  • Ability to present confidently to local business owners.
  • Professional appearance and personality—comfortable in luxury/event settings.
  • Motivated by performance, growth, and commission earnings.

Compensation

Base stipend: $15–$20 per day (covers gas + travel — keeps them accountable).

  • High Commission earned on all packages sold
  • Monthly bonuses:
  • $500 bonus at 10 closed clients
  • $1,000 bonus at 20 closed clients

Expected earning potential: $3,000–$8,000/month for high performers.
