Looking for a pharmacy position where you can focus on *patients instead of metrics*—and still have evenings and weekends with your family? Hart Pharmacy / Dandurand Drugstore is looking for a *full-time or part-time Staff Pharmacist* to join our respected, community-focused pharmacy team.

What You’ll Do
* Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure safe, effective therapy
* Dispense medications, including *compounded preparations*, with accuracy and care
* Provide meaningful patient counseling and collaborate with prescribers
* Monitor drug therapies and recommend clinical interventions when appropriate
* Lead and support pharmacy technicians, ensuring smooth daily workflow
* Maintain compliance with all *Kansas Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA regulations*
* Oversee controlled substance management and pharmacy inventory
* Promote a clean, safe, and well-organized pharmacy environment
* Stay current through continuing education and professional engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Active *Kansas Pharmacist license* (required)
* Retail pharmacy experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

* *Multiple locations may be available* within the Hart Pharmacy / Dandurand Drugstore network

Pay: $114,000.00 - $145,080.00 per year
