Business Development Manager – Electronic Security (CCTV) Location: Scotland (Central Belt based, nationwide coverage) Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + 20% bonus Package: £500/month car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pensio The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global CCTV manufacturer, responsible for driving growth across Scotland. This role will be a balanced mix of new business development and account management, working with existing partners while identifying and converting new opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets within the electronic security sector. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across Scotland * Manage and grow relationships with installers, integrators, distributors, and end-users * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the CCTV and wider electronic security market * Promote a full range of CCTV products and solutions, providing technical and commercial guidance * Work towards agreed financial targets and sales-based KPIs * Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, marketing, and senior management * Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates * Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events About You * Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within the electronic security industry * Background in manufacturing or distribution is essential * Strong technical and commercial knowledge of CCTV products and solutions * Demonstrable experience selling into installation companies, integrators, and end-users across Scotland * Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing a large geographical territory * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively across Scotland * Ideally based in the Central Belt What’s On Offer * Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 * 20% bonus based on performance * £500 per month car allowance * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Opportunity to work for a market-leading global manufacturer with strong brand recognition
