Birkhold & Maider LLC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to helping accident victims across New Jersey. We are looking for an *experienced Personal Injury Attorney* to join our firm and play a key role in managing a diverse caseload from start to finish.
*About the Role:*
The ideal candidate will have at least *five years of hands-on experience* handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence cases. You will manage your own docket, maintain direct client communication, and work alongside a strong support team of paralegals, assistants, and intake staff.
This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and wants to be part of a firm that values teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
* Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances
* Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
* Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes
*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum 5 years of experience* in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)
* Strong negotiation and litigation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active cases
* Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (required)
* *Spanish proficiency strongly preferred*

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
