  • Lead the growth of our new residential electrical division
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Oversee project estimating, completion, safety, and quality control
  • Foster excellent relationships with builders, electricians, and suppliers
  • Innovate, sell, and deliver exceptional customer service
  Requirements:
  • A Master Electrician with at least 5 years of residential experience 
  • Proven skills in estimating and project management
  • Strong relationships within the electrical and construction industry
  • A motivated self-starter who values integrity and innovation
  • Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement
