Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 24 years of experience in IT or business systems-related roles. 13 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements and supporting system implementations. Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and test planning/execution. Knowledge of cross-functional system integration and basic database structures. Experience writing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams. Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA preferred) or Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and drive innovation. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the oil & gas or process industry. Experience supporting greenfield S/4HANA implementations. Travel:
