*Who We’re Looking For*
We’re searching for a passionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist who:
* Is *licensed* to *practice physical therapy in New Jersey (required)*
* Holds a *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy* from an accredited program
* Thrives in a collaborative, team-driven clinic that prioritizes patient outcomes
* Enjoys working in *orthopedic, outpatient, or sports rehab settings (experience preferred, not required)*
* Is eager to grow professionally and provide compassionate, high-quality care
* Holds *CPR Certification (preferred)*
*Your Role at Care Spine & Sports*
* Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
* Create customized treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness
* Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and trigger point techniques
* Educate patients and families on at-home programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
* Document progress, update plans of care, and communicate with referring providers
