SUPERVISORS – Requirements needed:
· A minimum 3 years as a commercial construction supervisor
· Journeyman Carpenter – with a willingness to be hands on
· Ability to read specifications, plans – provide RFIs, request PCNs and/or Site Instructions, Change Directives, etc.
· Ability to deal professionally with project managers, architects, consultants, subtrades, owners, safety professionals, office staff, etc.
· Ability to work with little to no supervision
· Ability to ensure staff on site works not only to the best of their ability, but provides a exceptional end product – cohesively, on time, and on budget
· Knowledge of construction specific software (eg. Procore) and/or the ability to learn the software quickly
· Understand and implement safety requirements in coordination with our Safety Manager – including ensuring day to day safety procedures are followed. Providing safety orientation for all employees on site, including subtrades.
· Providing tool box talks, hazard assessments, daily logs, and more
