We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to develop and manage a commercial client base within the water treatment sector (cooling towers, boilers, closed or open systems) as well as industrial maintenance and cleaning chemical solutions.

The Account Manager will be responsible for territory management, prospecting, and customer retention while representing the quality and expertise of State products to companies, municipalities, and arenas in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through B2B prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Present product lines and propose tailored solutions for customer facilities.
  • Manage order follow-up, inventory, and equipment servicing.
  • Collaborate with the technical and internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, technical or industrial environments (water treatment, maintenance, chemicals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: fluent French / intermediate English required for internal communication (important asset).
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
  • Strong autonomy, customer focus, organization, and team spirit.
  • Education in chemistry, environment, or related field is an asset but not mandatory.
