That steady growth has us looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist, and we hope our search ends with you.

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors, clients, and staff. This role involves handling administrative duties, answering calls, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations.

Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate develops the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to perform the role effectively.

Tasks and results for this position include:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Maintain and update the company's appointment and meeting calendars.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and set up meeting spaces.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and maintain records as needed.
  • Handle basic filing, scanning, and correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
  • Ensure security protocols are followed at the reception area.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Seasonal projects to assist other departments.

Preferred Skills and Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
