Housekeeper/Cleaner

Noble Suites is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring our suites remain spotless, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, residential cleaning, or hospitality is an asset. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as is the ability to maintain high standards in a boutique accommodation setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest suites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing all surfaces
• Change and prepare linens, make beds to hotel standards, and manage laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, organizing)
• Restock cleaning carts and ensure all supplies and equipment are maintained and ready for use
• Conduct light staging of rooms to maintain Noble Suites' quality presentation and guest expectations
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages promptly
• Provide courteous, guest-focused service when interacting with visitors or team members
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all assigned areas, including common spaces as needed

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills for tracking supplies, linens, and room statuses
• Clear communication in English; French proficiency is an asset
• Familiarity with hotel-grade cleaning tools, products, and safety procedures
• Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
