Dawson Dental East York is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic, long-standing team. This position offers the opportunity to inherit a loyal patient base from departing providers and practice in a bright, modern, two-level facility. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy, full team support, and the potential to grow into a long-term leadership or partnership role.
Schedule- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1–2+ years of clinical experience
- Confident, well-rounded provider with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communicator, able to build trust across a diverse patient base
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable providing comprehensive care
- Periodontal or surgical experience highly valued
- Rare long-term partnership opportunity for the right candidate
- Operatories: 8 total | 2 dedicated to the associate
- Hygiene: 4 hygienists; 3 chairs most days, 2 on Wednesdays
- Support: Fully staffed with CDA, hygienists, and a Treatment Coordinator
- Technology: Tracker PMS, Digital X-rays, Videa AI, Paperless
- Environment: Standalone building with bright operatories (windows in every room)
- Note: Two-floor practice with no elevator; associate primarily works on main floor
- Bread & Butter Dentistry
- Endodontics (basic & molar endo)
- Oral Surgery (including impacted third molars)
- Implant Dentistry
- Invisalign
- Periodontal treatment (major growth opportunity)
- Sedation: Nitrous & Oral available
- High CDCP patient concentration

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
