Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various medical settings, including hospital, outpatient, and home care environments. This role involves diagnosing and treating a diverse range of medical conditions, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Experience in research, pain management, pediatrics, and medical office procedures is highly valued. The Physician will utilize advanced electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner to document patient interactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer medications and oversee medication management for patients
• Provide acute care services in hospital or outpatient settings
• Manage pain and implement pain management protocols
• Coordinate with specialists for complex cases, including pediatrics and home care patients
• Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and treatment effectiveness
• Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health records (Epic, Cerner)
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
• Participate in research initiatives to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine
• Proven experience in hospital settings or acute care environments
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
• Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner is preferred
• Background in research or data collection related to healthcare is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to handle complex cases involving pain management, pediatrics, or home care services
• Prior experience in medical office operations or healthcare administration is advantageous
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00-$200.00 per month
