**Mercor is hiring experienced Investment Services professionals** to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across investment banking, private equity, asset management, and equity research. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives - Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as valuation modeling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning **Ideal Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, equity research, or related buy-side/sell-side roles within established organizations - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
