We are seeking a
Senior Software Architect
to define, guide, and evolve the software foundation across our product portfolio. This onsite role combines technical leadership with hands-on architectural ownership. You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional engineering teams to align long-term product goals with disciplined technical execution. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on first-principles thinking, systems clarity, and elegant technical design within a fast-moving, confidential program. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain the overall software architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Lead design reviews, technical documentation, and internal standards for software quality and integration. Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and build technical depth across the organization. Partner with leadership on execution strategy, risk assessment, and resource planning. Maintain high standards of confidentiality while collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in software or systems engineering, including leadership or architecture roles. Proven record of building and scaling software systems that interact with complex hardware or distributed infrastructure. Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Experience guiding small, high-performing engineering teams through growth phases. Ability to operate with limited external visibility and high internal accountability.
