As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you are responsible for successfully growing and managing a team of Energy Pros representing an energy service provider, Reliant Energy. As a "Selling Manager", you will lead by example with personal sales while also building a sales team. You will effectively train, coach and mentor reps on delivering sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, sales techniques, and assist with any issues. As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you will: Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big box stores. Motivate a team of Sales Associates (Energy Pro's) to engage with consumers about Reliant solutions. Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Teach your Energy Pro's to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections. Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
