Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled 1st/2nd Line but happy to discuse 3rd line if you are over qualified for this role. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain all computer systems and applications cloud or onsite
- Collaborate with 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineers and escalate complex issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Assist in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar ideally from MSP
- Proficiency in Office suite, Entra, Azure, Intune, conditional access polices, Help desk software, Operating systems: Windows 11, Windows Servers, Router, Firewalls, meraki cisco, Ubiquiti, vpns etc...
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
