We are hiring experienced Distribution Center Associates for our state-of-the-art facility in Seattle, Washington. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution network. You will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a demanding environment. We are committed to maintaining a superior level of Safety , and all associates must strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear the required PPE at all times. This position requires the ability to handle significant physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth within the expanding Logistics sector. Your core duties will encompass:
- Efficiently unloading incoming freight and verifying shipment accuracy.
- Storing and organizing inventory in designated areas using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Packing orders securely and ensuring proper presentation and protection for shipping.
- Preparing outbound shipments, including manifesting and carrier pickup coordination.
- Operating and maintaining various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Performing regular inventory cycle counts and assisting with physical inventories.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines without exception.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
