Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process orders using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure proper stocking.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving order fulfillment issues and customer inquiries related to shipping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
