Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics team! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operation, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE. You will work with a variety of products and utilize warehouse equipment to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order contents against order tickets and shipping labels.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and scanning.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
