Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack products for customer orders.
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy before shipping.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and other warehouse machinery.
- Manage inventory through scanning and data entry.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and hazard-free warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle physical demands, including regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
