We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota! If you are a motivated individual who enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process and directly impacts customer satisfaction. We uphold the highest standards of workplace Safety , requiring all employees to strictly follow established procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). The job requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and involves regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience in a similar warehouse or distribution role is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training. Knowledge of warehouse Logistics and inventory systems is beneficial. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to meeting daily fulfillment targets and ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for any damages or defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and use required PPE .
- Meet or exceed established picking and packing productivity standards.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts.
