As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in the efficient movement of goods, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and distributed correctly. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Safety is paramount in our facility, and all employees are required to adhere to strict Safety guidelines and utilize the provided PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods. We are a key player in the Logistics industry, and your contribution will directly impact our operational success. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and arrange materials in an organized manner.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE .
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage.
