Our dynamic distribution center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a diligent Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the vital flow of goods. This role is central to our warehouse operations, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and logging all incoming freight, as well as preparing outgoing shipments by verifying contents, packaging, and documentation. Operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized dock area are also key duties. We uphold the highest standards of Safety and expect all team members to strictly follow protocols and wear appropriate PPE . This position involves frequent physical activity, including significant Lifting and maneuvering of packages. A solid understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management systems is beneficial.
