As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You will be integral to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring smooth order processing. Safety is a top priority; all associates must strictly follow safety protocols, employ correct lifting techniques, and consistently wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize products efficiently.
- Pick items according to customer order specifications.
- Pack orders with care and precision for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
