Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes, ensuring proper item identification.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Monitor stock levels and report on potential shortages or overages.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE for your tasks.
- Follow established Lifting guidelines to ensure personal safety.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to improve inventory accuracy.
- Support the broader logistics team by providing accurate inventory data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus. Proven experience in inventory control, data entry, or a related administrative role. Familiarity with WMS software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to perform tasks that involve occasional Lifting of up to 30 pounds. Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE is mandatory.
