As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently processed from receipt to shipment. This fast-paced environment demands attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork. You'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, helping us meet customer demands with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct labels and documentation are attached.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all company guidelines for handling merchandise and fulfilling orders.
- Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking and updating inventory and order status.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
