We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This role involves a variety of tasks within our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The Warehouse Associate is a key player in our logistics chain, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Organize and stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and final checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear and maintain required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
