Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and contribute to the smooth flow of our product distribution. This role is central to our logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and without damage. You will be involved in various warehouse operations, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, inspecting incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy, and stocking items in designated areas. You will also be responsible for order fulfillment, picking items from shelves, and ensuring they are accurately packed. A critical aspect of this role is maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This involves understanding and applying all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks.
- Inspect goods for damages and verify against packing slips.
- Sort and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center.
