*Job description*
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain through various therapies and exercises.
Duties:
* Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical condition and needs
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
* Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities
* Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement
* Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately
Qualifications:
* Doctrate degree in Physical Therapy
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a home health setting
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Experience working with patients in their home is a plus
* Specialized skills such as trigger point therapy are advantageous

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
