Job Summary: The Quality and Production Systems Administrator is responsible for managing documentation control, training records, ERP and MES system operations, and supporting quality and production data integrity. This role ensures accurate and timely updates to systems while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Control: Review, edit, and revise controlled documents. Route documents for final approval using Document Management System. Maintain FAA document control logs. ERP/MES System Operations: Perform daily ERP tasks to support Quality, Engineering, and Production. Execute Inventory Adjustments, Transfers, and Issuance Material to ERP Jobs. Manage ERP Job including BOO/BOM setups. Serial Number management. Create and maintain Part Numbers across two ERP systems. Resolve advanced ERP errors and general system issues. Lead and support physical inventory processes. Production and Quality Data Management: Save and archive quality and production logs to network storage. Maintain Data Control Logs. Create and manage production travelers. Administer RCCA/CAPA processes within CAR System. Participate in monthly and annual audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Strong working knowledge of ERP systems within a serialized manufacturing environment. Ability to create and revise work instructions and standard procedures efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent problem-solving and error resolution capabilities.
