You won’t run the function – you’ll rebuild it for the future. That means developing a strategy from the ground up, delivering best‑in‑class BDM training, and targeting high‑value manufacturing, construction, and adjacent sectors.
Our sales cycle runs to months, not weeks. The deals are large, the expectations are high, and the opportunity to make an impact is enormous. You’ll lead from the front, winning enterprise accounts while empowering your leaders to do the same.
What you’ll be doing
Build
and
deliver
a sales
strategy
focused on high‑value, long‑cycle enterprise deals
Lead ,
coach , and
inspire
Heads of Sales and the wider BDM team
Create and roll out best‑in‑class BDM training and development programmes
Secure senior‑level client relationships, becoming a trusted commercial partner
Work with Marketing to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates
Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities
Provide accurate
forecasts
and
insight
to the UKI leadership team
Represent Hubexo at industry events and in high‑level market conversations
About You You’re a hunter at heart, but you know lasting success comes from building people as well as pipeline. You’re ready for a role that stretches your strategic thinking and demands exceptional leadership.
Proven success in senior
B2B
sales leadership — ideally in
SaaS, enterprise data, analytics platforms, or vertical solutions like real estate, ESG, or specification ecosystems
Track record of exceeding multi‑million‑pound targets
Skilled in transforming teams and embedding high‑performance culture
Experience navigating and winning long‑cycle, complex enterprise deals
A strategist and a coach — able to set vision and build the people to deliver it
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and working cross‑functionally at pace
