Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Locate products within the warehouse and retrieve them efficiently.
- Verify order accuracy before moving items to the packing station.
- Ensure items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure Safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics success.
- Meet established picking productivity goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
