We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of inventory within our logistics network. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require movement and dexterity. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and you will be expected to consistently use provided PPE and follow all safety guidelines. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are key. We value teamwork and a positive attitude. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, and training on our specific systems and procedures will be provided. Your role is critical to our supply chain and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations and logistics.
