We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your accuracy and efficiency are critical to our Logistics operations and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to ensure timely order fulfillment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be expected to utilize appropriate PPE and follow all Safety guidelines. This role may involve significant Lifting and requires physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Verify picked items against order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle regular Lifting. Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace and following instructions. Experience in Logistics is a plus.
