We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all company policies and safety procedures. - Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Scan items using RF scanners to track inventory movement.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Handle physical demands, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
